Once we’ve had our initial conversation, we review all the information you’ve shared in detail. Sometimes there are gaps, which is completely normal, so we’ll have a follow up conversation to fill in any missing details.

We’ll go back to the lender, confirm the decision, and then stay involved all the way through. We speak to all parties, making sure everything is moving forward, and helping resolve any issues along the way.
